I ordered last week and my order was completely messed up, my bread bowl only had sauce and noodles in it. No chicken, no bacon, no tomatoes. I was annoyed then, I tried ordered a thin crust today. This is the result, nothing more annoying than coming to pick your pizza up getting all the way home and opening the box to this. It’s only respectful to the customer to re make their pizza if you burnt it.
I’ve never dealt with any pizza store like this one in Plain City. The employees are great! Accurate, super quick and polite always.
This place has cancelled my order twice now. They have been very rude about both cancellations. They were SUPPOSED to be open and yet they weren't and instead of making my order, they call and tell me my order is being cancelled because the oven's are off. I've never seen somewhere so keen on not making money. Screw you plain city dominoes. you suck.
Everytime, the food has been hot, served quickly, and is the correct order. The line moves quickly at this location which leads me to believe they are consistently staffed appropriately and are trained well.
Worst subs EVER !!! Asked for extra cheese, there was literally none, couple pieces of lettuce, horrible ! Will never go back!
