We ordered 4 sandwiches from this location at 11:30. They were delivered to us at 12:40. When we called the guy was extremely rude and short. Neither him nor the delivery driver apologized. One of the drinks we had ordered had spilled and was only 3/4 of the way full. Driver didn't apologize for that either An apology goes a long way! Here's thenthing. I was a server & bartender for 15 years. I know all about being slammed during peak hours so normally I wouldn't leave a complaint but my sister is a GM in Arizona for Jimmy John's and she was shocked! I honestly don't think I will order again from this location.

Personally I do wish we could have a warm sub. That is no fault of this establishment..nI was clean and the staff we so sweet. Our meal was delicious.nThanks you guys!

Geez....did an app order....and both subs were made wrong....way off wrong. Had to return to the store with the incorrect order...and she never apologized for the inconvenience. The real kick in the pants was the 2nd try was all wrong as well. What a disappointment. She read the receipt out loud to me to ensure the order was correct, but after getting home again, we open the sandwiches, and all wrong .....AGAIN. The dog love 'em.....we didn't.

I’ve ordered twice from here and each time it’s taken more than 45 minutes for delivery. Today they bread is so overcooked it is rock solid. Super disappointing.
