Jim reviewed a franchise agreement and FDD for me as I prepared to invest in a business. We hadn't worked together before and I had no previous experience with franchising documents. Jim was both professional and easy to work with. He was very responsive and made the review of long and technical legal documents easy to understand. I'd be happy to work with Jim again.
