Worst return policy. Their computer system shows I bought something 114 days ago, when in reality I bought it 3 weeks ago. I also bought a shirt a few months ago and they wouldn’t return it because they said the computer says I already returned it. What? I am physically holding it, trying to return it, how did o return it already. I bought it on my buckle credit card and they said they can’t pull up records through your credit card. What kind of place does not pull up what you had bought through your credit card? This place is a scam especially for how much they charge for average clothing! Save your money...Buckle is NOT worth it! Horrible customer service! Just adding this part in...I found receipt and it shows I bought items not even 30 days ago! There excuse was, oh it’s just our system. Well tell corporate your system needs updated!
