Clothes are affordable with sales--their clothes are always on sale. Cute too. I usually buy clothes online but come to this location sometimes. Never had any problems... and I don't think I've ever returned anything, but I still keep all of my receipts, just in case. My only complaint is this store is not big enough for all the merchandise they have... which is why I shop online!
Sunday afternoon before school shopping and only one employee is working the cash register. Line had 10 plus people and the other employee said the other register had no bank... Don't shop here if u are in a hurry cause this has happened to me everytime I've shopped at this location...
I called in to put some dresses on hold. The guy was very nice. Polaris mall employee hing up twice.
I have been waiting for months to get customer service to send me my receipt for a $30 sweater I bought my son back in September when school started! It is now Jan and my son still hasn't worn the sweater because they still haven't mailed me my receipt. So because your employees didn't do their job by taking the security tag off that didn't go off when I left the store or re entered it now I have wasted $30!?!? I am now no longer a customer and will never shop at this store! You are loosing a great customer!!!!
HORRIBLE Customer Care!!! Worst Manager you can ever get... got a shirt as gift for my Son's birthday and looks like the store person did a horrible job of leaving the security tag.... We obviously noticed the tag after couple of weeks and went to this store... Howmany of the people will have gift receipt for a $10 tshirt??? Why would we have to suffer for their staffs mistake??? Manager told its a policy that they need a Receipt.. We explained our situation and literally asked 10 times, she was very rude and adamant To do their stupid incomplete work!!!We threw the tshirt on their face and guess what they did... they took it and said thank you.. never ever saw this kind of response!!! Never going there again!!!
