This is one of the nicer TJMAXX stores. Well organized and very clean. Employees were constantly straightening shelves and putting things away. Kudos
Literally cannot stress this enough. Working at the Plain City location is a TRAP. The managers lure you in, pretending to be warm and welcoming, but once you have the job they don’t care about you at all. When I was in training it was like I was dropped on my head after a few days and expected to be a pro. The managers are the rudest I’ve ever seen and so are the co-workers. TJ-Maxx may be a fine retail franchise but I wanna save some of you thinking about applying for the TJ-Maxx Plain City location. DO NOT. Terrible terrible place to be.
Great day and wonderful shopping at TJ MAXX AND HOMEGOODS.nStaff are great and helpful. Treat them all to lunch are dinner.
