I've waited about a month since buying my car to write a review, as I have had bad experiences with used car places before. That being said, this place was absolutely incredible. They were helpful, kind, and all around great to work with. They gave me a great price, and the car runs like a dream. If you have any fears about used car dealerships, I cannot recommend these guys enough!
I was looking for a new place I could trust for my auto service needs. I gave North Pointe a call about replacing my brakes and shocks and was extremely pleased with their awesome customer service. Kim was super helpful and pleasant. The work was done quickly and I’m glad I now have a go-to place I feel great about and people I trust in North Pointe!
I recently purchased the 2007 Honda Civic SI Sedan from Bill at North Pointe Auto and I couldn't be happier! Really made my first dealership experience easy and fun. I've already recommended their service to everyone I've shown my car to. The only problem I've had so far is the cruise control switch doesn't work, but being a manual the feature is almost obsolete due to shifting. I can't wait to go back and get it lowered and wheels put on! Thank you guys for a great and painless experience!!
Had my brakes done on my 2012 impala..dropped my car off Friday and picked up Saturday. Good work and even better price. We will be taking our cars back to Chad and North Pointe Auto Group.
I bought a truck from North Pointe Auto Group. Chad and Bill were excellent to deal with and there was no sales pressure at all. The entire process was fast and simple. They have quality vehicles that are hand picked. North Pointe also has a full service department to cover your oil changes, brakes, tires, ect. They are fast and do great work. I will be buying my next vehicle from North Pointe Auto Group !!!!!
