I highly recommend this dealership for all your needs! Great customer service, friendly and efficient. I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The buying experience was top notch. This was our first experience with the service department at this dealership. Dustin Litteral was my service adviser. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I had an oil change and a recall done on my van. They also did an overall safety check of everything. Dustin answered all my questions and even put things in writing for me to be able to explain them to my husband. We will definitely be going to Crown from now on for all our service needs.
I purchased my car at Crown Chrysler. The service has been excellent. I called in very last minute after our air conditioning died right before a big trip. Steve Turner, our awesome service advisor, got me in that day and out quickly to accommodate our schedule. Steve was friendly, courteous and ever so helpful.
My service adviser Alex was efficient and helpful. He helped me find coupons that reduced the overall cost for my service. The time commitment was just a little over an hour since the technicians rotated my tires, completed a general check of my transmission in addition to changing the oil. I highly recommend Crown Chrysler Jeep for service work!
