I'm very particular about who I have work on my car and I always prefer coming to Crown. My last trip was a complete suspension change and I will admit, I was nervous about it. I spoke and worked with Daniel Harris, the service manager, and told him what I was looking to do. Not only was he able to ease my mind but kept me informed each step of the way. It helps to have car folks work with you on your passion and understand the level of care that is necessary. Victor was able to explain a few intricacies that I didn't know and I will gladly be back. They're quick, efficient, and most importantly, they get it right the first time.
I took my car in to have an additional key fob programmed. There was a glitch in getting the pairing done, but I am a happy owner/driver now! I worked with Jesse Newland, their service manager. He handled all aspects of my encounter with clarity, confidence and expertise!
Daniel Harris was very kind and helpful. There was a mixup about what services I needed for my car that day, but Daniel corrected the matter super quick. This service department is on the other end of town, but we are willing to make the drive due to the great service we get here.
