We had to take our car in for service on an emission controls recall. Brian Tassinari was our service representative. Brian is professional in all aspects and neither over or under-promises. Even if it may not be what you want to hear, he gives it to you straight. The work that is done at the dealership seems to be of the highest quality. It is all appreciated.
Outstanding service and communication through my annual service appointment that also included some warranty repair. Brian Tassinari would give me daily updates on the work being done, and also worked with the dealer I purchased the car from to coordinate some additional services that were needed. Dave Kohler always takes care of me when I bring a vehicle in. I only bring a vehicle in for recalls since I do all my own wrenching. Dave knows this and treats me just as good as a paying customer. If you need repairs done on a Mercedes, go to Dave and request Ron Kirschenmann for the technician. Best combination for Mercedes-Benz service!!
