Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have stumbled across this business. I had dealt with several other auto repair shops over the phone about my car issue only to feel anxious and frustrated about their lack of concern for my issue. When I called this AAA shop I felt like I was talking to my dad on the phone! They eased all my anxieties, took care of my issue without pressuring me into anything more, and when I came in to pick up my vehicle they gave me a free year subscription to AAA. I had such a rough day, and this act of kindness touched me so much that I broke down in tears right in their lobby and made me so happy. I will be taking my vehicle to this shop for as long as I own one! Thank you so much for showing me that there are genuinely good people in the world, AAA!

Good experience friendly and timely. Took exactly as long as quoted . Just be aware waiting area is closed due to covid.

I was concerned because my tire had a leak that was losing air rapidly . I took the car to AAA car care in Dublin and used their night drop secure key box and left the car there at about 8pm . The next morning at 8 am I received a call from the owner with an estimate for 4 new tires , which were long overdue. The price was good because I had another estimate from another establishment near my work . I gave the go ahead and then 3 or so hours later , Scott called because he was concerned that my back brakes were in need of replacement ( also probably past the safe point ) so I have him the go ahead on that too. I got four new quality tires and my brakes taken care of for a few hundred more than the other place would have charged me for just new tires.nI appreciate their promptness and service and will call them first every time .

No one knew what was going onnSaying oh your crad number is this I gotta send you to someone else then oh your in a different county sent me to someone elsenAfter talking to at least 7 different people I got to talk to someone from planet earth and she was awsone
