I had a drug case and i paid him 1200$. He literally didn’t fight my case at all and only ended up getting me into a diversion program (which i’m pretty sure i could’ve gotten on my own.) Communication is also weak, overall id recommend a different lawyer to anybody.

HD is the BEST defense attorney there is if you are in need in Utah County. And, unfortunately, I have had to hire defense counsel more than once. He is very responsive and I genuinely felt that he cared and wanted to help! Through his knowledge and experience of the law he was able to help me get the charges against me dismissed. It was the best possible outcome I could have hoped, prayed and dreamed for in the 7 month stressful situation. If I ever had a question throughout the ordeal, he was there to answer them via text or phone call. I really appreciated how he was willing to explain the legal system and the charges the state had filed against me. In particular, I felt a great sense of patriotism that there is still a person who believes in the Constitution out there that is willing to defend people like me who are trying to be good citizens, but have to deal with the overwhelming power of the State. If anyone ever asks me for the rest of my life I will recommend H.D. Gailey, Esq. - Stevens & Gailey Criminal Attorneys. They have VERY fair fees and it was really nice how they were willing to work with me on a payment plan. I could go on about my positive experiences with them.

H.D. Gailey represented me recently, I was facing 7 charges which he was able to get them reduced down to only 1 charge, no adult probation. He had many treatment and assessment resources, which he made available to me. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer or outcome. My 18 month case was terminated successfully today after only 12 months in the system. I was congratulated by judge Griffin . I highly reccomend HD Gailey.

Im happy with HD. After a very stresfull situation he stuck with it & helped me with my needs listened to me, gave me option, ideas, & ultimately asked me what would I like to do. Good guy.
