I recently bought a great Mini Cooper. I’ve only had it 5 days and I just love it. Fun, stylish, comfortable...My salesman, DAN LONG was SO wonderful to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product he sells, answered all of my questions, and I thought him to be extremely efficient, punctual and just genuinely a very nice guy. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer , if I buy another MINI !! Dan is the MAN. Thank you for helping me!!! I’d also like to give a shout out to Jessie Scott in the finance Dept !! Very nice to deal with.

Wow, what an experience for a first time buyer!! HUGE, thank you to salesmen Dan Long. Cannot thank you enough for everything from beginning to end. Seen the car of our dreams online then went to test drive it and ended up getting it the following day! Dan and the sales manager made the experience so much easier and stress free. Answered all of our questions, knew and loved everything about Mini, (which made it even more fun to work with) all around a great guy to work with. 10/10 recommend, definitely ask for Dan when working with them! The lot had some beautiful cars, but they had exactly what we were looking for. The show room was stunning. By far one of my favorite dealerships I’ve been in. We’ll definitely be spreading the word, and hopefully be a customer again in the future! Thank you so much Dan and Mini of Dublin!

I called Mag Mini on a Tuesday morning as my car was breaking down on the side of the highway and not only were they able to get my car into the shop that day, but provided me with a rental instantly. My car was fixed and ready for pick up the very next day. The absolute best customer service i have ever received at a car servicing garage. I had the privilege of working with Heather at the front desk and it was an absolute fantastic experience. Pricing was extremely fair- I would never even consider taking my Mini any place else. I cannot express enough how fantastic the customer service is and how phenomenal of a job they do with my Mini. Very honest people- I recommend Mini Mag to everyone time after time I go!! THANK YOU!!!

I worked with Kelsey Glick at Mag Mini Of Dublin and she was fantastic. Very helpful and listened to all my concerns and was able to match me with the perfect car! Kudos to her I’m now living the mini experience which is amazing!! If your looking to buy a new mini go see her! She’s amazing!

I always manage to forget to schedule my appointment as waiting for my car to be done instead of drop off. The lady that checked me in today was still beyond helpful for my mistake and worked to still get me out of there pretty quickly. Even being down a service team member! Customer service here is amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
