I had a great experience as I went in for a routine oil change! It was my first time visiting MAG Audi Dublin and Nate Fielder took care of me. He was very professional, relatable, and reassuring! He made me feel great about the new Q5 I purchased, he noticed the temporary tag and pulled up the service history. I was shocked at how many service records it had, being a used vehicle. The service dept, went the extra mile and thoroughly inspected it in addition to the the oil change at no additional cost! They were able to give me a clean bill of health! I left feeling very confident in my decision to buy Audi and very impressed with the level of detail and care I received!

I want to thank Noah, Tyler, and Ed for helping us find and secure our car. They were all easy to work with and professional throughout the process. We were able to work in advance due to distance on the car deal, streamlining the final process upon arrival. Noah went above and beyond with coming in on his day off to ensure everything from car to paperwork was ready to go. Thank you all for your help, and I will do business again with MAG in the future.

The MAG service crew--Chad in particular--took good care of me (as always). He alerted me up front of the cost of new OEM windshield wipers when I asked for the old ones to be replaced (I did replace them) and reviewed the health of the vehicle after the service was done. He pointed out that the brakes were near their service life--front at 4 mm rear at 5mm--and gave me options based on expected mileage left so I can plan for their replacement.

Ben and Josh in the service departments are both a delight to work with. I am a first-time Audi owner and couldn't ask for a better experience. Ben answered all of my questions, helped me navigate through my used-car warranty to help cover my repairs, and followed up with me afterwards to ensure I was happy with my services. I recommend MAG Audi Dublin if you are in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Andrew and Justin the General Manager were awesome and helped make my purchase as seamless as possible. The dealership did not have the specific color I wanted but they were able to locate the car and ship it to their location within a week. I am definitely now an MAG Audi fan!
