Had previously given high review because the salesman was great. Dropped it down due to my two experiences with service department. Had two check ups with oil changes. Takes much too long. When called to set up oil change, service was upgraded to 20k mile check without asking. Then had to ask for a breakdown of the price. Would like more up front communication of pricing and time. Felt pressured to have services done that were not yet needed. Took 3 hours for oil change and recall checks. Have had much better service at Kia dealership for recalls of previous car. Will try a different Volkswagen dealership for the future.
Bobby was a great service advisor. He understood my OCD with the vehicle and expectations. I was able to get in and out in a timely manner. There was another service that needs to be done but he wasn’t pushy, just informed me and gave me the information I needed.
