We just brought our brand-new Jeep Grand Cherokee home yesterday and LOVE IT!! Dan Pierce was awesome & made the whole process fun and stress-free. Zero pressure, very easy to work with and we spent the whole afternoon laughing. We knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay and he made it happen. All of the staff we came into contact with were helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were sparkling clean. Best experience we’ve ever had at a dealership, hands down!
As soon as I walked through the door I was very pleased with the service I received from my salesman who greeted me with a big warm smile. As soon I as I told Cole Miller what I was looking for he immediately pointed me into the direction of my dream car. He got me a great deal & was so kind in walking me through the whole car buying experience. A big purchase like that can be kind of scary but Cole made the whole thing so easy & I am so happy with my new car! Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Dublin is a five-star operation, as are its employees. I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee here and use the dealership's service department for all of the maintenance and work I've needed performed. I work exclusively with Josh Ward and highly recommend him. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about the issues I've needed help with and will go out of his way to assist. There's been a number of times I can think of where Josh has gone above and beyond in his service to me and helped make sure all work is done quickly and taken care of the first time in. Whenever I have any questions I reach out directly to Josh and he is very prompt about getting back to me as well. I really appreciate all Josh has done as it makes the decision easy to always take it in and schedule with Josh to get my Grand Cherokee taken care of. If you're looking for a good spot to service your vehicle, this is it, and ask for Josh!
Had an amazing experience there. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about their vehicles. Most other dealers would be rushing to run credit to find out what you can afford, but crown looked into what I would want in a vehicle before any financing would start. I never felt rushed into anything. I would recommend people/friends to go to this dealer. Especially to see the salesman I helped by, David Hernandez.
This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership! I worked with Cole Miller who showed me cars within my price range and was patient with me while trying to figure out what I wanted most. He even showed me a car that I was not planning to look at, but it was nice knowing that I had options available besides the ones I had in mind. There was never a feeling of pressure to buy a car, like most dealerships would make you feel, and everyone worked with me to make sure I could walk out with the car of my choice. I would recommend anyone to come to this location to get a new car, along with great customer service that you couldn’t get anywhere else!
