When I arrived, I had to go searching for someone. I thought it odd at first, but then I realized how refreshing it was that I wasn't being hounded by a salesperson.nnWhen I found the VW office - I was immediately greeted by John (the manager) - who was a class act and I felt very comfortable from the start.nnHe introduced me to Candice Ortega - who took care of me for the rest of my time there (though, John checked in frequently adding to the hospitality that I felt). She also had a new employee shadowing her (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) but he was super friendly and helpful as well.nnCandice was knowledgeable, personable, and straightforward.nShe was excellent and I would recommend anyone go to her if they were looking for a new or used VW.nnAll in all the entire experience - from the facility and cars, to the staff (John, Candice, and Vince the finance guy) - was excellent and I highly recommend MAG to anyone looking for a car.nnThey did everything to accommodate me and more!
The Maserati sales team and sales manager are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I (and my family) have bought and leased several cars from MAG over the years and until now I have had a great experience. However, after dealing with the Maserati department I will NEVER do business with MAG again. No one in my family will either. If zero stars was an option that’s what I would give them.
I purchased a used 2017 Mini Cooper clubman S All4 from this dealership and I had a very pleasant and professional experience. Dan was the Car salesman who helped me during my visit To MAG. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and showed me all the capabilities of my Mini. 5/5 stars from me, if you’re in the market for a Mini this is the place to go! I will be a returning customer if I need another vehicle in the future.nnThank you Dan!
I purchased a vehicle Jan. 6,2021 still haven't received paperwork. Driving with expired plates, didn't have the title with me, they had me write a check just in case i didn't have it. Stupid as hell on my part. I sent the title and spare key. I called several times still no response or anything. By the way they sold the vehicle i traded inside of 3weeks. Knowing my vehicle wasn't as bad as they claimed.....
MAG charged me 4 times ($2700) more than what other repair shops will charge for two things, break fluid flush, coolant fluid flush and general check for my Discovery 2 that I try to keep in best shape possible. Given they were a dealer I decided to go with them. I did some research locally and got some prices from the other dealer in town and 2 more shops, they literally charged me 4 times what the others charge. Why guys? Why? I have no other issues with my vehicle, I am on top of anything and get LR enthusiast to tell me how well is maintained all the time.nMAG is a disgrace to the brand in my opinion. Did anyone had a bad experience with them like I did?
