Mike helped us so much with getting our van and using my son's waiver for the conversion. Could not be happier.

I visited this establishment to get an item for my business van. Upon entering me and my business partner was greeted by an associate 50 yards away, sitting at his desk (first red flag). We told him what we needed and he automatically told us what we needed (second red flag). He acted like he didn’t want to go out in the rain to actually see the van but eventually had to. He then passed us over to another guy never greeted us and sat to get the part that we needed via computer. He actually went outside to see if the part fit.nThe receptionist never greeted us, we heard management and a worker get into a old spat, everyone that worked there looked like they were so unhappy being there!nTerrible experience, I will travel to another city if I ever need a part for my van!

At first, the sales rep was very helpful. But after we left, I sent Mike other vans from Mobility Works that I would like to get more information on. Even the used wheelchair conversion vans are expensive, so we were trying to find some thing in our process range with the features we wanted. We even started to drop features to try to get below $40,000. For whatever reason,, Mike stopped returning calls and emails. I’ve since given up on MobilityWorks due to lack of responde. I have found many other dealers willing to work with us. Maybe we weren’t spending enough, but not everyone can afford a $50,000 - $74,000 conversion van. We are in a power wheelchair for a reason. Maybe other locations are better, but the Mobility Woks in Plain City, Ohio is extremely unresponsive. I feel like somehow this is my fault, but my wife and I cant see how. Marietta Mobility has been very helpful.

Wonderful people... They have installed 4 lifts in 4 vans in 17. Years. All were expertly done... .nice guys. Easy to communicate withnThis last lift there was a lot of problems. But they fix the problems. And I am driving my new van .. Eric and Jim are the best..
