Got our drinks faster than the predicted time they said on the mobile order. The manager was supporting all the employees and trying to help as much as she could. And all the drinks were alphabetized, so it was easy to distinguish between drinks at pickup. We have been close to 10 Starbucks’s in Columbus and this one is by far the best!!

Well it was delicious.... but i asked for soy milk. And i didn’t realize until it was too late!nIm lactose intolerantnnThanks....nEDIT- 1 year later-nHad to show my mobile order to them in order to get it made 30 minutes after i ordered it...

Store will be reported to the local news for closing when they feel like it. Daily, a piece of paper is posted with times of closing which is not reflected on the website. You are lying to your customers. This is not appropriate. The manager should be immediately withdrawn for stealing customers time as they sit in the drive through in line only to be told oh hey were closed against posted public times.

If i can give zero stars i would. It took us lik 20 min in line and was not the first time, always this location is very very verrrrry late in serving the drive thru. Will never go to this location again. And also the taste of their products is different, not as the same quality as other starbucks.

The Starbucks at this location has outstanding service! The baristas are good and make delicious drinks! If you go to this location ask for Meme, she is really nice and helpful! ud83dudc4d I got the iced white mocha with OATLY and a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino!
