Horrible lady working there freaked out when I walked in and asked why she and the gentleman standing by the entrance weren't wearing masks. I pointed out the signs, but she told me those had to be there, but she didn't have to enforce it, the manager doesn't enforce it, I explained the governor enforces it. She said it didn't matter they had health conditions and didn't have to wear one, that I didn't understand or know her. Horrible. This is why covid is spreading!!!!!! She said she didn't have to serve me because I assaulted her husband... (she meant insult) because I didn't know them and they have health conditions... funny because she had handed him a black and mild that he had in his hand.... breathing problems.... ok... if I could give zero stars I would.
Horrible customer service, each cashier has a huge attitude like we’re doing them a favor. Rude as hell, especially the big man that works late night!
Literally the older cashier lady sat and watched me from the time I walked in to pouring my drink. Felt like a thief I just wanted to buy a slushie. Not to mention I had a work uniform on as if that matters SMH
