This is such a great place! The manager Ethan and the rest of the staff do a great job. We got the yearly pass and it’s so nice every time we go. He staff has taken the time to learn our kids names and they do a great job playing with our kids. In the Covid era, this is a great place to take your kids and feel normal again. Highly recommend!

I brought my family here on April 3rd. The week prior as well and multiple times before that. Last week we purchased new socks. My daughters socks were a bit too small. We asked to exchange them today. That was not an option as she said we should have exchanged them week before. It was a corporate decision she remarked. Ok! Our decision will be to exchange my families socks at urban air for free which is their policy and spend our $250 a month plus with them. As well as my three kids birthday parties. Thank you Rockin Jump for making our decision easy where to spend our time and money.

I had my son's birthday here. A small socially distant party. I really liked how they separated the parties and groups.

We had my daughter's 5th birthday party at the Dublin location. Caden was a fantastic host and made sure everything was great! The facility is spotless, the staff were helpful, and the kids had a wonderful time! Will absolutely return. Thank you!
