This Is above the pinnacle of immaculate place. New soccer Area next to basketball hoops. A lot of restoration here just by walking by and seeing this inspirational sight with phenomenal Employees here bringing full support in all areas and the help you didn't even think you needed , thank you.
The park has had some upgrades. The Crew sponsored soccer area is my daughter's favorite and there is hardly anyone there.
Blackburn is a historical park located in the East Side district off of E. Main St. in Columbus, OH. It's a well-rounded park for both adults and children, with a basketball court and rec center. They even have a summer season water park open to the public for small children and parents looking to cool off. With it's position in the community, Blackburn Park offers after school programs and a fully equiped gym, as well as a boxing training facility(Which has produced plenty of champions in Golden Gloves and beyond). And the rec center also has a summer camp program for parents wanting to keep their children active and healthy for the summer. As of this year, 2020, I'm unsure of their current state as a rec center, but I'm certain in a few short months, they'll reopen Blackburn for the public to enjoy once again.
It's a vey small community park. Great time while maintaining social distancing.
I was looking for somewhere to take the kids to cool off. Since I had all five of my kids, I knew the swimming pools were out! I tried taking them all swimming last year; it was just too much. Anyway, Blackburn has a great water park for small children. My kids were able to cool off and have fun. The water park is supervised and attended by Columbus Parks & Recreation. I highly recommend this park.
