I had a wonderful experience with Tim at Short North Storage!!! He is awesome and the facility is always very clean and well kept. I finally got to move everything out after over 3 years of storing, but if I ever need storage again I will definitely be using Short North Storage again!!! Thank you for a great experience start to finish!!!

Great customer service! I had an issue with the lock on my storage unit and the person who helped me was friendly and took care of the problem quickly.
