I had the privilege of meeting Ms Kelly after I moved to Ohio. My son had previously introduced me via FaceTime. Ms Kelly gave him a tour of the various unit sizes to make sure I was securing the appropriate size storage space. I have had to contact her a few times after my move to make sure I had the proper paperwork, etc. Ms. Kelly has always been extremely patient, courteous and very attentive to all my needs.

She is on top of any issues or needs of the customers. I appreciate her professionalism. She also put up OUR USA flag and decorations ud83dude01. I have rented 2- 3 units thru out the years.

Nice and clean no hassels and units are nice sized worth the amount

Cleaned out a storage unit, office staff was friendly and helpful.

Talked with Elle the day before I went to the office to rent the storage unit. When I met her the next day, I was super impressed with her professionalism. She showed me the unit, completed the paperwork and I was out the door in 15 minutes. No fuss no muss. I went to the Italian Bakery next door and bought her some of the best peanut butter cookies I ever tasted and was on my way. A great experience all around. It just goes to show you that there are people out there that really understand what good service is all about.
