Public Storage

My friend kept his stuff in the climate control storage for more then 9 months. And I helped him to move his stuff. We didn't have much difficulties. You can transfer your things easily from here and storage room price is also reasonable.

Unit is ok- an inside large closet. The desk person couldn’t seem to keep her mask on- it was never over her nose and it kept slipping off. At her direction I went back locked the unit and came back to fill out paperwork. When I got back she said someone rented it online and I couldn’t have it so I had to go back and put the lock and key back. I went back to the desk to see it she could find another unit and then the same unit was open again. So after 45 minutes of listening to the desk person complain and let her mask slip off, I finally got a unit.

Having just moved back to Ohio from out of state, I required temporary storage space. This Public Storage location was recommended by a friend.nI made a same day reservation online, and Mary immediately called to help me through the process. Upon arriving at the facility, Mary made the process seamless, and we were able to get my things moved in right away.nMy first experience with Public Storage has been a great one! Thank you.

Mary was great today, she is very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed talking with her, she let me look at a couple units before I decided which one. No hassle very personable. Best storage facility period. All around a Great Place, Thanks again Mary for all your help.

This is the 1st time I ever used public storage and it was a great experience. Lisa was very helpful. I used the autopay option so it was 1 less thing I had to remember. Very clean and secure site. I would use them again if I ever have the need.
