Wish I could give a negative review. Zero customer service. I stood in line and listened to an employee and a group of three talk about grateful dead festivals for 5 minutes. Never touched a tortilla or bowl. Then the customer buries her face in her hands, the employee asks if he said something wrong, the customers being consoled by the friend explaining she has seizures. The employee grabs a chair and offers free burritos for all three! In return instantaneously healing the customer who is smiling with thanks and hugs! Wow you know I'm not even mad at that con. Stay hustling. But hot head you some damn chumps.
I have been coming here for years! And the service has never failed me not once! I love it and they serve great hard shell tacos! If your looking for something Chipotle like but slightly different. This is the place for sure!
I gave them 3 stars because when we go in typically the employees are friendly and try their best (small mistakes sometimes but always a simple fix) BUT every single time I order online no matter what platform, it's absolutely terrible. My order is always wrong and wrapped horribly. I don't understand the disconnect? This is my daughter's favorite spot, but even she agreed it's time to take it outta rotation.
They are trying their best. Managers are great and make customers feel appreciated. Good burritos overall, go for the sauce selection.
Wish I had checked on the internet regarding the location on US 23. Drove all the way there to discover it has closed temporarily due to staffing issues. Drove to another location and the food was good. Didn't hurt that I had a BOGO offerud83dude09
