Was told that they discontinued smmoties but able to order online, plus got a smoothie yesterday from another location. Seems like they just didn't want to make it.
They made sure my drive through order was correct when I asked for my sandwich to be cheese-less because of a lactose allergy.
Worst experience my wife just moved here and next had Tim Hortons her cold brew tasted burnt and they completely messed up my latte. The girl at the drive through had the biggest attitude and made it sound like a crime when I asked for a straw. Worst experience not going back rather pay double the price at Starbucks just for the excellent service.
They ruined the egg on the breakfast sandwich...somehow they managed to make it tough (how does that happen??). The sausage buritto was cold but fine...however we ordered one cold and one hot cappuccino, but they insisted we'd ordered two cold...well, we ordered on the app so we were able to show them the receipt. The girl making the drinks had an attitude. Not only with us but with the guy working the window. They brought the drink out after asking us to pull up, but it didn't taste right...I think it was rushed. I had wanted to go to the restaurant for breakfast after seeing it advertised on Twitter looking so good, but my reality was very poor. I'll stick with McDonald's for quick morning breakfast sandwiches.
Terrible. I order 6 donuts and received 1 of the correct donuts. I was also charged for a large iced coffee. I received a refund in cash for the coffee but the whole experience was a disaster.
