My review is strictly with the Help Me Grow portion. Our service coordinator was Lauren and she was NOT a good fit for our family. She made us feel like we (my autistic daughter) was an inconvenience to her. Completely disregarded my concerns and what I felt was best for my daughter. She treated us very disrespectfully and was even condescending to my daughters psychologist. Laurens information on your website states she “wanted to work more hands on and effectively with families directly”, when in actuality during our IFSP meeting she cut me off when I was listing outcomes I wanted for my daughter, complained she had another appointment, and very rudely stated “now I have more paperwork to do”, I’m sorry but help for my disabled daughter is way more important than any amount of paper work—which, if what I signed was ALL she had to do it is not even close to a lot—and she KNEW why I had an advocate there with me. It was to get the proper help my daughter deserves not just blown off due to “too much work”. This is why you’re in the business of disabled children, to help, not complain about the amount of work you have to do.nnI’m not sure if she treats all of her clients this way, or if it was just our family. Our entire interaction was highly unprofessional and in many instances plain RUDE, especially to neglect my daughter by ONLY wanting to give her the bare minimum with the least amount of paperwork, in a pandemic—which all Franklin county can offer right now is virtual appointments.nnI was, at least; in good hands with the therapists in the ifsp who agreed with me over her. We also ended up requesting a different coordinator after all of this!nnI feel so bad for families who will go through and have been treated this way by her. I DREADED every email and call I had to make with her, the rudeness was simply uncalled for. Its disheartening and as if having a disabled child isn’t already stressful and overwhelming.nn(I gave 2 stars because I don’t have experience with this company directly as a school, only as a client of help me grow, which is a different section of the actual school)

Went here as a kid for 5 years. Really got me through my challenges with a speech impediment great teachers and a very fun atmosphere. I go there now every now and then to read to the kids. I had Mrs. Gail & Mrs. Lianne. Great Teachers! Also I make sure to visit my favorite clock. The Seiko Fantasia RE501B.

Me and my sister and my cousin went here it is amazing I loved it the teachers are very nice and they tech so much. It’s really great.
