Rating my first ( and last) experience with Joy Food One.nnTheir food is subpar at best. Customer service is non-existent. Giving two stars only because my delivery arrived in a timely manner, albeit the delivery guy was just as rude as the person who took my order over the phone. I’d rather travel to the OSU campus area to snag a guaranteed excellent meal from a Chinese restaurant that delivers on customer service.
Best Chinese in Gahanna, in my opinion. I drive past places near me to go to this place! Love the chicken fried rice and egg rolls. They deliver through several of the delivery apps but it's a lot cheaper if you pick it up there.
