Love Jimmy John’s. But don’t show up to pick your order 10 minutes early unless you want nasty comments thrown at you by the lady with the pink hair behind the counter. I even told the gentleman who greeted me that I knew I was early and wasn’t expecting my food for to be ready for a bit. Messed up our orders and toppings as well on top of that. Won’t be ordering from there if she’s working.

The food is good. Service can improve. I've been to this location four or five times and everytime I ask for them to cut the sandwich into half or thirds and everytime they magically forget by the time I pay and they are preparing it.nI alway wonder why they are always empty this might be a clue. They don't care about your wants or needs only to sell you a sandwich and push you out the door. This is why I stick to Jersey Mike's Sub they don't dispointment me like Jimmy John does on the regular.

Horrible Customer Service. For the 5th time I received a partial order. The sandwich was disgusting in presentation. Ez on turkey apparently means 1 piece in pieces. Do not order from this location unless you want to be disappointed.

More often than not I have problems with this location. Problems ranging from being double charged for an order, (what ever. It happens we sorted it out) but after already speaking to the manager once i didn't expect to be waiting 30 minutes on my delivery from 2 miles away. They also only pay attention to what toppings you want half the time so be ready to pick those onions off! ud83dude12

We usually look forward to a Jimmy John’s sandwich but today, Sunday August 9th at 3:45pm we were super disappointed. We ordered a veggie sandwich and it was very skimpy on the veggies. When I order a veggie I expect a generous amount of vegetables otherwise it’s just a bread sandwich. There was only 3 slices of cucumbers and 2 slices of tomato. It was definitely not worth the $6.50 price they charged. Vegetarian customers beware, you may not getting what you pay for.
