Great experience using Fresh Touch! Brian was great and reasonable during the estimate. We had them remove popcorn ceiling/refinish to flat surface/paint ceiling/paint walls on our staircase area. David and Saul did a great job. They were on time, very efficient, and clean. Very happy with them and will definitely consider using them for future projects.
I'm considered a hard-to-please homeowner who chose Fresh Touch Custom Painting to replace our retired painter. Decision was based on the company's excellent customer reviews and the thoroughness of their proposal, which included replacing several boards on our mostly cedar home. The crew which just completed our project did an outstanding job. They were all hard working professionals and were meticulous in every stage of the project. Claudio, the team leader, communicated regularly and effectively on a daily basis. Work that exceeded our expectations! The quote we received was lower than many other competitors, and we were very pleased with the quality. When we needed some things fixed, they were happy to oblige. Color consultant did a great job working with us to find colors that worked with our needs and the lighting of our home.
My mom hired Fresh Touch Custom Painting to paint the entire first floor of her home and they did a fantastic job. More than the quality of the work, was the way Mark runs his business. He is a true professional who cares for his customers. The crew was on time, friendly, meticulous in their work and efficient with their time. She and I have struggled to find good painting companies in the past and am proud to give Mark and his team a 5-star rating.
Fresh Touch did an outstanding job. Their estimate was affordable and the crew’s attention to detail was impressive. Our color consultant, Gail, was patient and helpful as we considered a variety of possible paint color combinations. Her suggestions were excellent and she seemed to know every single paint color at Sherwin Williams! David was very helpful and took tremendous pride in his work and the work of his crew. Our screens had minor damage during cleanup but Fresh Touch covered the repairs. Our neighbors continue to stop and tell us how great our house looks. We are extremely pleased with the result.
