Picked up pizzas here 3 weeks ago to take to my folks. One was deep dish deluxe. For the second time that I had gotten a deep dish deluxe it was undercooked and doughy. Call the manager to complain that same day since it was the second one that I had gotten that way and she said she would put a credit in the system for me to come back and get one for free when I wanted. Two weeks later I decided to pick that one up and called to place my order and let them know that I had a credit. the person who spoke to me on the phone said that she was a manager and could not access the system right now to see if there was a credit for me and so there was nothing she could do and I could not get my free pizza.I went on to the Little Caesars on Frederica paid full price for a deep dish deluxe which was fully cooked.
Asked for well done, guy says ok. Go back in to get pizza, and lady just slides it across the counter turns and walks off. Didn't ask if I needed anything else have a great day or nothing. I open the Box and the pizza is gooey. Next time I will scream to the top of my lungs I want a well done pizza. This makes the 3rd time this has happened. Well done well done well done well done well done repeat after me well done repeat after me well done repeat after me well done well done pizza.
Fast friendly and good. Great prices.
No matter what I've always got to wait for something at this location it seems like. Still love the food and employees seem super sad. Never smiling when I'm in there. But still like the store.
