Delivery shows up 50 minutes late even though order was placed an hour in advance.. Sandwich had no meat????? and so drenched in mayo (asked for none) bread was too soggy to eat. Asked to have another one delivered asap, was told it would be a while because delivery person running way behind. Decided to go in store and have it remade, the worker kept touching his face and neck with gloved hands, told them to just forget it and left.

Slow. Took 40 minutes to get my sandwich. Sat in the drive thru from 1155 until 1235 to get one sandwich and couldn't even change my mind and leave because I was blocked on by then. Sandwich was fine after finally getting thru the line. Not sure why the delay.

Freaky fast...as advertised. Went back today to pickup an online order and there was a computer issue. The staff handled it promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this location.

Jimmy John's is a good place for people who like sandwiches and subs. The operating are just right. The are also following Covid-19 precautions.

Just want to say that this is a great bunch of people who give 100% towards providing quality food to their customers. The assistant managers consistently go above and beyond to make sure things are done right, and the employees always work as a true team. Great food, fantastic service, polite and dedicated staff who put forth their best effort to bringing patrons a delicious meal at a reasonable price. Proud to have this group of people serving me and the other customers at our Jimmy Johns here in Owensboro!
