Owner's son told me my key I bought from Amazon was a reject key from Toyota and was sold on Amazon and said they could make no promises that they could cut the key correctly and the key could possibly stick in the ignition or not work at all.nI immediately drove over to Toyota told them the situation and said they would cut me a key, give me a code and I could take the Amazon key to to any reputable locksmith and they could take the Amazon key and have it cut correctly.nSo I now have to find a reputable keysmith that won't BS me.nI've been doing business with these people for over 18 years.nNow I have to find a reputable locksmith.

This is the first bad review I've ever given a buisness. But I wont be back to this place again. From my understanding I dealt with the owners son. I had 2 keys, I told him I I needed two sets of them. He looks at me confused and asks two of each? I said yes. He then makes me 1 set. I tell him hold on I asked for two sets. He then gets mad throws by debit card at me and says I asked you how many you wanted me to make. Again it I told you I need two sets of these key . Another guy behind the counter didnt ever look to see what was up. Unreal poor service from a person that to me clearly could not hold a job at a buisness so he works there for family if that's the case it would make sense. Needless to say it blows my mind that he doesnt understand basic language and has zero respect for people. A typical keyboard warrior.

Terrible customer service. Called around 1 and asked if they could unlock my car. The gentleman on the phone said they couldn’t until 3:30. I told him that would be fine. At 4pm I hadn’t heard from, or seen them, so I called them back. The man on the phone said they had tried to call me several times but couldn’t get through. I have no missed calls, my phone has been on, and I have been in my office the entire time where signal is strong and clear. He then referred me to a different company to have my door unlocked. It is clear they forgot about me or didn’t want my business. I am very disappointed with my experience with them today. I will now be late leaving work and to pick up my child from school. Would not recommend to anyone.
