Love the community of Fit One Four. Definitely not your big box gym. The place is always super clean and everyone that goes there treats it like their own. The owner Ryan is always present and knows all of his members. They have excellent personal trainers - mine, Nathan Cox is the best! Highly recommend.

My wife and I were sick of places like LA Fitness and we wanted to try a smaller gym. We stumbled upon this place in 2018 and we had struck gold. My wife and I were both impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism, and atmosphere of FitOneFour. After about 3 months going by ourselves, we decided to use one of the personal trainers, Adam Quick. I saw results almost immediately and it was great to have someone there to push us to be our best selves. Can’t recommend him enough! All of the personal trainers that we’ve met (which I believe is all of them) are personable and knowledgeable. The people who work here and frequent the gym became good friends. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I am an independently contracted physical therapist for Fit One Four and I love the team aspect of the gym and how all of the personal trainers and the gym owner, Ryan, interact with each other. Everyone wants each other to succeed and supports each other to continue improving in their respective fields. Of course it helps that we have the best members around :)

10/10 - I absolutely love this gym! The gym has all the equipment you would need for a variety of workouts - great for people at all different levels of their fitness journey. Very clean, and I love the community feel of the gym. The owner and trainers are extremely personable and helpful. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

Where was this gym when I lived in Ohio? Fit One Four is my ‘go to’ spot when I visit family in the area. They’re always very responsive and willing to activate my access key for a weekly membership. I love the equipment that they have to offer and the squat racks! Do yourself a favor and check this place out...10/10 recommend!
