Jimmy John's

I was driving through the capital of Ohio, Columbus, and hunger struck my stomach. I travel for work selling industrial wet vacuums to aquariums and fish hatcheries. I was on my way to make a sale in Dayton and coming from Pittsburgh. Columbus was the perfect middle ground for a mid day meal. I love my job with a passion, and find my work appealing and fulfilling. I was craving something fresh, delicious and filling. What better lunch time delight than a sub? I pulled off route 315, and pulled into the 5th ave location. To my pleasure, they had my favorite type of sub, the Italian. I ordered the number 7 and it was absolutely delicious. The man behind the counter, C.J. was very friendly and accommodating. He served with a smile the entire time. I cannot believe how friendly and fun he was. If I lived in Columbus, I would come here every day and order the number 7. My wife would tell me to marry Jimmy himself! Haha, just a joke to ease the tension! Everyone should go to this Jimmy John's if possible. Thank you.

Love jimmy John’s but not this location. Had the worst experience last night. I ordered two subs and added bacon to one which was not on it. As well as both subs were missing lettuce. So I then called about my order and the girl was very rude and had a complete attitude for no reason. I even asked her what would be easiest for her to fix the problem and she was still rude. I’m in the food industry and would never treat someone the way I was treated.

Long wait, manager said they were short handed. Staff was pleasant and sandwich as expected.

02/08/21 Placed an online order and after 2 phone calls i received my soggy sub on stale hard bread 1 hour and 39 minutes later! The franchise owner does not care at all about their customers! This lis not the first time for such poor service at this JJ. location!

Just ordered and delivery was fast, order was exactly as described. Great job from this Jimmy Johns!n(#16 & #21 sandwiches)
