ClusterTruck - Columbus

I'm actually pretty disappointed. I used to love ClusterTruck, I lived in Indianapolis and ordered there pretty frequently. Absolutely loved it! I was very excited to know that there was a ClusterTruck here. I ordered, however when my driver delivered my food, he didn't even have a mask on. We're deep into a pandemic, so it's pretty much common sense that you're supposed to wear a mask. He was rude too. Wouldn't say a word to me. I thanked him for delivering the food still, and he just sped off. The food tasted meh. The rice was undercooked and extremely dry. I made a complaint and they didn't even try to make it right. I'm extremely reluctant to even try them again.

Yummy! The food is fresh and fast! They deliver curbside! I work downtown Columbus and being able to order a delivered meal for under $20 is great! They forgot an item with my first order and went above and beyond to fix it!

Good menu options. A real no cost delivery. No extra fees! Food is good. Hot chicken is really hot!

First time trying this location, but will not be the last! I ordered the noodles with chicken and my delivery was early, delicious and piping hot. Excited to try some of their other dishes.

We were greeted and offered complimentary flat or sparkling water. And we ordered drinks. I ordered the rose and my husband ordered the IPA. Our server asked if we had any allergies and then said would we prefer to choose our dishes or have them choose for us. Everything looked good, so we had them select.
