Foodee

We've used Foodee several times both here in Columbus and in Minneapolis. I love that I can have the same account and order in any city where our team may be traveling or hosting meetings. I also know I can expect a small delivery window, an accurate order, and great local restaurants featured on the website. Their people are also super helpful if needed.

This is one of the worst 3rd party delivery options out there. Their mark ups are high, their customer service is awful, and the orders are always wrong. I've used them several times over the last 3 years, pausing for a while thinking they would work out the kinks, but nothing has changed. Whereas most companies respond right away if an order is missing something, your Foodee rep won't respond until hours after the event. That leaves you in the lurch, trying to figure out how to fix it yourself while hungry people wait. Then they will offer you a tiny discount off your order, as if that makes up for the stress and angry clients who didn't get to eat a full lunch. This has happened more times than I can count, and I will NEVER use this service again. Between EZCater, Bitesquad, and Tapcater, there is literally no reason to mess with Foodee.

Kasia came into the North Market a little over a year ago to introduce us to a new company coming to Columbus. They were already established in other areas, but new to us. Kasia totally won me over and after her presentation I couldn't wait to sign Dos Hermanos up with Foodee! Since that time we have signed up with over 7 other online order and delivery services and have found that Kasia's customer service and attention to detail for her clients is unmatched. She is by far one of the most personable, professional, conscientious people I've worked with. The fact that she communicates with me directly to clarify details or explain a special request from the customer is fantastic. No emailing back and forth, leaving messages, etc. she gets straight to the point and makes it happen. We really appreciate our relationship with Foodee and of course Kasia and would highly recommend Foodee.

We partnered with Foodee a little more than 5 months ago. Our representative, Kasia, stopped in one day to check us out and introduced herself to us. She told us about Foodee and how it might help our small deli grow and generate additional revenue. Our partnership with Foodee and Kasia helped us get out name out into the local business community and we saw immediate growth. Our catering orders quickly increased by at least 200%. The communication with Foodee was always positive and Kasia was always available to answer questions or correct any misunderstanding with orders. All of the scheduled orders were picked up on time by the drivers and they all had positive attitudes. We highly recommend Foodee as a business partner if you are in the restaurant business.
