KeyMe Locksmiths

I see lots of pictures of locksmiths in these posts, lots of 5 star reviews with absolutely no words indicated an experience so I’ll be the first to describe mine. I used a box in the grocery store. Seemed convenient, at first glance, and I fell for it. The key provided seemed to match but when I got home it didn’t work. I called around and realized pricing really varies in this industry and seems highly competitive. Next time I was shopping I wanted to see how much it would be to duplicate my vehicle key (but of course I didn’t because I learned from my last encounter) and it was talking about mailing it out to me and hooking me up with a locksmith to program for additional cost! Like basically not even telling me the full cost.nnLong and short, it’s easier to call a local person who you can speak to and know in advance the total in full rather than go thru a screen, or calling their 1-800 dispatch service or use these types of generic automated services. Who likes talking to robots? I have no idea why they would ruin one of the last great trades. Don’t recommend. Over priced and lazy if you ask me.
