I came to this establishment last week and got two sets of keys made for my doors. As I went home I noticed that the keys didn't work for my security door I just now made it back up to this tablet shipment today where the owner the man helped me and last time the woman helped me his wife. The wife made me two sets of keys for one door and I need it two copies of each door as I explained to the husband he was not willing to fix the problem or even give me any compensation for it. He said he needed to validate with his wife that this transaction in mistake really happened on their part so I ended up getting two keys made for the right key and I paid for it with my money. The owner man then proceeded to curse at me and have a attitude because he was irritated and annoyed about this problem and situation that the company made their selves. I've been going there for about ten years since I was a child and lived in the neighborhood and they have lost my business now because this was a simple fix and he made it a big deal and I still ended up paying for my keys. Now when I go home I hope the keys work and if they don't I will be going back up there tomorrow. I do not recommend this place they also do not fix their mistakes or even admit to making a mistake.
