I have been coming to this speedway location for years tonight I wanted to make a return on a tobacco product and I was advised that wasn’t permitted for any tobacco product which is understandable. The cashier representative that goes by the name of Ginn not only informed me that but proceeded to talk about how no one will return the item, and that I should know better and continued to be nasty for no reason. I want to the other representative in the store her name was Jayden at least that’s what Ginn told me her name was this evening. I asked Jayden what’s the name of the regional manager of this store (1193). She refused to assist me and told me that I was lying because she was right there when I was checking out, which isn’t true. This has be the worst experience I have ever experienced in any speedway location. I will address this matter with Bess in the morning regarding this respectful experience I’ve had with her associates. I will further suggest these two young ladies get diversity training because the way they spoke to me had racial undertones. I will contact the regional manager of this speedway and file a complaint first things in the morning.

The older lady that works during the day with the glasses and short curly hair is so unhappy and rude every single time I go into the store. A disgrace of a human being. If you can’t do the bare minimum of your job, you shouldn’t have one. You are a rude and pathetic person for no reason.

Went in 6/28/2018 at 10:03 A.M. . The older lady working the register was nice to the people in front of me but didn’t greet me or say anything to me at all besides my total. Pathetic that a fully grown woman isn’t mature enough to do her job

Went in to buy drinks, bought 3 drinks 2 that were supposed to be on sale and got charged full price. When confronted the sale clerk got an attitude and my change thrown back at me. I would recommend not getting things at this store. Very disappointed
