I wanted to tell you about minute clinic. My husband scheduled to get a flu shot which website according to any age. My husband got confused, the rude woman told him that he can’t get a flu shot because he is under 65. It doesn’t make any sense. Everyone needed to have a flu shot! I don’t understand about why CVS changed their policy for a specific age to receive the flu shots?nnMy husband decided go to Walgreens to get the flu shot. Now we are not going back to shop or get refill the prescription at CVS ever again. We are going somewhere else!

My husband and I live very close to the CVS in New Albany. We have never had an issue with the New Albany CVS which was not resolved quickly and conveniently for us as the customers. The pharmacy staff is exceptionally great. The pharmacist on duty always makes sure that I have no questions or concerns with any new prescriptions. The pharmacy always works with me to ensure I get my maintenance medications on time & quickly as possible. If I do have a question, the pharmacist takes the time to answer my question(s) and I never feel rushed out the door. Other CVSs I have been to for miscellaneous reasons have never provided the same exceptional customer service as the CVS in New Albany.

The hours listed as open are incorrect. This place closes at 8:30 I think.

I live in New Albany but I prefer just driving to the new Hamilton rd Walgreens pharmacy. I had in the past a bad experience with my prescription but decided to give it a try with getting my flu shot at this CVS. Well.... it was a nightmare as Sherri was rude to my husband and also she did not even ask how old my son was and after waiting half a hour she told me that if he is not 7 he could not get a shot. I told her but on your website it said that a minor has to be 3 years old. Then she started talking back to me and we just decided to get out of there because after waiting so long and at the end by son not being able to get the flu shot was such a waste of time. I have read some reviews that also customers have not had a good experience with Sherri. I can certainly agree with them!
