As I walked in then walked to the back, I was curious about the process of being fitted. I’m newer to the sport and had questions, the man talked as if he wanted me to turn away immediately, one word answers no expectations to someone who was curious and willing to buy. I did pick up a Cleveland wedge and had it re gripped. Workers made me feel out of place and not helpful at all. Do not expect the employees to go above and beyond and expect them to be rude. I read reviews and thought no way they are this negative but guess what .. they are ! Good luck !

Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with in buying my new putter. I spent over an hour hitting putts and he was very patient, gave me space and checked in to make sure I had any questions answered. While I was on the putting green I heard every person that walked in get greeted and helped by one of the employees working there. A month ago I bought a hybrid from Mike and the next time I came in he remembered me and asked me how it went on the course with the new hybrid. True customer service! Thanks guys!

Went in to get my putter re-gripped. I selected a super stroke grip and was instantly met with negative comments from a employee that it was going to be “hard” to put the drip on my club... after I have personally re-gripped and had multiple golf stores put super stroke grips on the same putter with zero issues whatsoever. He complained for a few minutes before he made a radio call to order any other employee to come back and deal with my outrageous request. Waited a few minutes before another employee came back to do the regrip, as the original employee continued to complain and watch the younger guy work. Just overall terrible customer service and very unwelcoming. 100% recommend going to the PGA superstore over this golf galaxy location, better selection and staff.
