I think purchasing from this store is great and I’ve had many good experiences over ~4 years as a customer. But one warning if you are a seller, DO NOT GET STORE CREDIT. I was incentivized to do so because of the bonus but this store in particular has managed to lose over $100 in my store credit because of a system glitch. I went to make a purchase in January 2021 and was informed my entire balance was gone. Worse, there has been horrible follow up (over a month with me constantly having to follow up) and no remediation. I will at least take my business to other stores in the area or to Mansfield / Cleveland which I believe is part of a different network. Or give things to my friends with kids who deserve it more.nnUpdate in March- weeks later after hearing from district manager, still not resolved.

I have visited this store to shop on many occasions. Each time, I was not greeted when entering the store and have encountered the staff having personal conversations with no filter. I had to approach the counter and request information from a sales associate behind the counter, which left me feeling as though I was not welcomed in this store. Prior to writing this review, I wanted to get a feeling about what others feedback may have been, as I try to be fair! However, this has happened to me each time, just not a friendly environment. Customer service is the cornerstone in sustaining a business, please recognize this.

I've been to this location many times never with a good experience. I was given some tips on what to do to make my sale better I followed those tips and they still picked over my items like they were not good enough and when I asked what the problem was this time she said I don't know maybe because they're just small sizes which makes no sense. I shopped through their store while waiting for my stuff to be looked at and there's certainly Room for items that I was trying to sale. Every time I come here I say I'll never come back well this is absolutely the last straw I will not return to this store.

Buying from the store is good, but selling is now a nightmare. The don't tell you that large sets have to be put together, not sure how someone does that. Legos need put together. And they now pay less if you don't take store credit.
