THE LIMITED LLC

The Company has pretty much stolen money from all of their customers. Online orders are not being shipped and orders are not allowed to be cancelled. Customer Service is not allowing customers to cancel or refund purchases after cards have been charged that have not received items ordered! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Since The Limited has returned I am not impressed. Clothing sizes are huge and returns are NOT FREE! No stores and I have to pay to return clothes that are off size? Not to mention the quality is not what it was. Limited, you disappoint me!

Over the past few months I have spend at least 500 dollars in online purchases with The Limited LLC. I called to secure the 10% teacher discount, to which I am accustomed and I am very disappointed with the extremely low level of tolerance the young people display when speaking with consumers. I am an Ohio educator, who is used to being treated with the utmost respect . When shopping at the actual Limited Store, I shop and show my teacher credentials to receive a 10% discount. Online shopping is much different because I am asked to compromise my privacy by giving my full social security number. However, I have received the 10% discount on the back-end of the purchasing experience. Today's experience was a very different and I had to post this complaint, to which I also plan to share with corporate. The young man I spoke with (Supervisor Juan, who didn't give any other way to identify himself) after 15-20 minutes on the phone with the customer service representative who said her name was Corey, said that I could not get the 10% discount without giving all the information and if I refused just to shop in the store and not online. There needs to be more training in so many areas of this process and I was so appalled by the experience that I started to pack of the clothing that was just delivered and return them to the Limited. The whole experience was extremely rude and disrespectful!!!

The dresses I got looked nothing like the pictures...the sizes run extremely large....I used to get all my clothes from the Linited, but I will never buy from them again.
