Best team of guys ever! Friendly, knowledgeable, great prices, and thorough!nnBought an F150 less than a week ago. The truck is a 2010, but “new” to me so I wanted a thorough inspection. Knew it needed brake pads and rotors, but the check engine light had also come on :(nnThe guys came out and worked quickly and efficiently (even in this cold!). They did a great job on the brakes, ran diagnostics (I feel better now-just an O2 sensor), and even took the time to show me some trouble spots on my truck that might need body work if I want the truck to stay looking good years from now. Thorough explanation of the work that was done. I appreciate their attention to detail and for treating my truck like it was their own.nnDefinitely recommend Rescue Auto Techs! 10/10. I highly recommend Rescue Auto Techs for your car maintenance and repair needs! I had the most amazing experience with this company. Dealing with car issues is always SO stressful for me. Rescue Auto Techs made the entire process stress free! 5 star professionalism, customer service, and quality of work!!nnThe owner of the company personally came to my home to diagnose my car. He ran advanced diagnostics on my car with their state of the art technology. He then explained, in terms I could understand, what he thought was wrong with my car.nnHe also took it for a test drive with my boyfriend to fully diagnose the issues and explain to him what he was hearing. Important to note that this was after he so graciously went and bought me a new battery & installed it quickly in my own garage! After the diagnosis, he went over everything he thought would be necessary for repairs and what the estimated cost would be. He also informed me of some issues that should/could be addressed with my vehicle but were not an emergency to address. I loved that he gave me the option on what I wanted to pay to get fixed at the time. A lot of other mechanics have forced me into repairs that I could not necessarily afford at the time or weren’t emergent. I loved how Rescue Auto Techs approached the situation and gave me options!nnAfter we aligned on what needed fixed and what I would be having done at this time, their team driver came and picked up my vehicle to take it to their garage for repairs. While my car was in their possession, I received phone calls and texts with detailed updates. They took photos of the before and after of all work and explained in detail what I was looking at! As someone who admittedly does not know much about what is under the hood of a car, they really gained my trust by being so up front and honest. I appreciated them showing me how bad my wheel bearing was, etc. so I could visibly see that it did truly need repaired immediately. They were SO thorough in their explanations and put it into terms that were easy for me to understand. They were also incredibly thorough and meticulous with the repairs. They went above and beyond in all aspects, even going as far as cleaning up my entire engine/everything under the hood!nnWhen my car was completed, I got a call explaining the work that was completed, how my car was currently running, and a final price. They then arranged to deliver my car back to me.nnMy car went from not even starting, to driving great in a few short days... and I did not even have to leave the house!! The entire process was stress-free, professional, and affordable. I had put off doing the work on my car because I have had negative experiences with mechanics in the past & had been quoted astronomical amounts to have the repairs done. This experience with Bill & his team at Rescue Auto Techs has since squashed those fears! They did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle at a FRACTION of the cost that other mechanics had quoted me for the work.nnTHANK YOU Rescue Auto Techs for getting my Mazda running great again!
