First off let me just say my experience was exceptional.nI walked in first thing on a Saturday morning and I was told I couldn’t been seen until about 1pm. I explained I would have to go to work but asked if someone would at least drive the car to listen for a loud crackling noise coming from the drivers side wheel.nLong story short I left with a car running great and only spent about an hour waiting.nWhen the service man finished my car he explained the work he’d done and let me know it was ready to go.nI’m most impressed with that portion of the service. Mind you as a female, African American at that Iv had some pretty terrible experiences when it comes to getting cars fixed. I wish I’d learned his name, but just that small interaction really set Midas ahead of the competitors for me.nSo often especially when we are in routines we forget to be people, not workers but people. People are the heart of companies. If your people are happy they have the potential to spread that energy to the next person. That happened for me. After that experience (getting me in because my safety mattered and ending the service with a fond farewell) it didn’t even matter what the price was. I paid for the experience. Thanks again to the Saturday morning service crew.

Totally impressed with this place. Not used to chains doing great and timely work, but that wasn't the case here. Not only was I told it would be a wait, but totally surprised that it would only be 1 hour, but I was impressed that they did everything quickly, saw that I had a headlight out, and called me with the accrual issues and nothing more. The work got done quickly at a great price and I was in to pay, get my keys, and out in just a few minutes. I was totally happy and this would definitely become my go to for car care in the future. Had to get my rear brakes/rotors replaced. Joe Carr got me in with short notice and was able to make it happen. He pointed out a few things that the previous mechanic missed when giving me a diagnostic. This was a busy day and with only one tech in the shop I appreciate the fact that he was able to fit me in.

I've been taking my vehicles here for oil, filter and tire rotation simply because they do the tire rotation free with the oil change. Yes, I know my tire shop will do it free, but going here saves me time. I do a full synthetic, therefore change the oil every 5000 miles right when I also need to rotate tires, and do one appointment rather than 2 to get the same work done. Their prices are competitive. They are generally fairly fast at getting the work done. I've been pleased and will continue to use their service for this kind of work.
