Ryan helped me today and did an outstanding job! he’s very friendly and explained in detail everything that he was doing. he made good recommendations for my car and saved me money with my process! definitely will always be coming here for my oil changes. couldn’t be happier!

Five reasons why I don’t recommend Valvoline:nn1. Bad recommendations. This store will make service recommendations to your vehicle without assessing potential complications they could cause.nn2. Pandemic response. During my visits at this location, employees were seen wearing masks improperly, and some not at all.nn3. Expensive. Sure it’s convenient to stay in your car but you can easily find similar services for much cheaper.nn4. Claims. If your vehicle sustains damage due to a Valvoline service, don’t expect much. In fact, you will be making your case against a site manager who is also the person that decides the outcome.nn5. “Hands-On Expertise.” This might be true if you think checking air pressure and light bulbs and changing oil is “expertise,” but for anything beyond these services, do not trust Valvoline “expertise.”

Everybody was very friendly and efficient. I purchased a Groupon and used it and only had to pay the taxes that would be due and that made life so easy. I was in and out in about 15 minutes even with a wait time.
