Brandon first did an amazing job on my Volkswagen. Completely respectful and was an absolute lift of my shoulders. I have never had problems at this location. They have never overcharged me. An amazing set of guys here!!

I can’t thank Anthony and the staff more for their kind service! It’s nice to go to a place to have your car worked on and not feel like they are pushing something on you or taking advantage of you in anyway! I always bring my car there and I have yet to have a bad experience!

Front desk guy turned away my business. Right off the bat he appeared to not want a customer, there was 1 car in the shop and none in the parking lot, I asked for a patch in my tire and he said he wasn't sure it could be done by the end of the day even though I was there in the AM. The main issue was I had a patch put in the tire 1 month ago by them and it came out. All I wanted was another patch put in and he said they couldn't do it because the tread was too bad on the tires, even though they had just done it 1 month ago. He tried to sell me on 4 tires I told him I'd consider in the future if he would put the patch in today and he said he wouldn't work on those tires. I was shocked he was turning business away considering they didn't have any business. Terrible customer service.

Have been dealing with them since 2015, I do recommend this place for regular maintenance your car, with good quality and almost 40% less than the dealership.nThanks

I have 12+ years of customer service experience and let me tell you, these guys are doing it the right way (and that is super rare, especially in the auto shop industry). I didn't catch the name of the gentleman that greeted and assisted me yesterday, but I believe he was the manager. He went out of his way to help me and make sure that I was taking care of as best I could be (I had gotten a flat on a tire that I had literally just bought nearly exactly year ago from this location). He continued to converse with me whilst I was waiting (when not assisting other customers) and it really made the experience a great one. Someone reccomended this Tire Discounters to me a little while back and I've been here a couple times before (always getting great service) but this really sealed the deal. I can't imagine why I'd ever go anywhere else and I'll be recommending others to do so as well.
