great experience. Took awhile, but we didn't make an appointment, and there was a few extra things done over what we went for but customer services was great and got some great deals along with them.being informative about what they offer. GET THE LIFE TIME ALIGNMENT. it might cost about 200, but thats really about two alignments, and they are definitely needed for the maintenance of your front end and tires and you can get them as much as you want

I set an appointment to have tires, oil and an alignment done. I specifically asked what kind of time I could expect for everything, to figure out if I needed to have a ride in case I needed to leave my vehicle. The rep told me it would only be 1.5 hrs. I arrived at my designated appointment time (store opening time). After 2 hrs I asked what was the hold up and was told they were putting the tires on. For the last hour before, my tires were just sitting beside my truck already changed on the rims and not in the alignment bay. No car was there. In my time at the store, I had witnessed multiple people who didn’t have appointments come and go with their tasks having been completed. After 2.5 hrs, I had to watch the front desk attendant put my tires on, and they finally pulled my truck in the alignment bay. I left after almost 3 hours, almost double my time quoted. After a decade of being a Firestone customer, I will not spend another penny with the company.
